FEATURE REQUEST THREAD!

Ok, here it goes...
Ignite Chat feature requests:
1. hilight nick when spoken to + maybe a beep or so
2. different text format options such as bold, italic etc etc

General feature requests:
1.Ability to import a base photo..... / paste photos from other sources
2. We need some shapes. (circles, squares you name it).
4. We need a spray can + a crayon! 'nuff said.
5. We need an eraser
6. It would be pretty dope if each photo done on ignite had a little something displayed with all the nicks of who worked on it. It might be cool to have ignite profiles so that our different artwork / shit we worked on was linked there. Like let's say "Sandy, mo, joe and dan were in a channel working on an image" On the page that displayed the image or at the bottom of the image it would display "Sandy, mo, joe and dan" and users could go back to shup.com and look up other artwork done by the different people.
7. We need a fricking text box. 'nuff said.
Anyone else have more to add?
(numbers may be messed up do to editing and removing some shit.

Shapes would be cool, as would a text box. Not so sure about the eraser though. It's just as easy to paint over mistakes with the background colour. Especially since we can now pick colours by right clicking.

As for my feature requests, would it be possible for the chat window to not always be on top? I keep having to move it around when I want to see the complete canvas.

Not sure if this counts as a FR or a bug report, but can you get the undo for flood fills and borders working properly? I mentioned this to Dan a while ago and it's still not resolved. Oh, and while we're at it, does Ignite support undo? Haven't tested that after the official release.

Once you've broadcasted your swearwords on TV or radio can you take them back?
I don't think so :)

It would be nice to do this actually...but UGH...it's kinda hard to take it back once you've done something in that environment.
I spose we could make a stop and sync protocol so that everyone FREEEZES drawing temporarily...then we undo a person's actions...and then we broadcast it...and then give everyone the go ahead.
Then you get into all kindsa laggy/sticky situations if that fails etc. :)
So I dunno.
It's possible but messy :)

Nah, not worth it, I think. Can just repaint on top. Maybe once you've run out of improvements to make, you can come back to this. For now, I'd just let it be.

I'm thinking that feature is going to be as hard as me signing "If I can turn back time" exactly the same, with the same clothing on.
