idiots guide?

I'm an idiot. Can someone tell me how to use this thing?

I click on the exe. and I get nothing. The window pops open and shut before I can even check it out.

Copy assniffer.exe to c:\temp\


Now try this. Click Start....Run...type "CMD" click OK. A dos window will come up. Type "cd c:" Enter. Next type "cd temp" enter and last type "assniffer"
