FR: thumbnail preview in the queue

The title says it all :
I don't know how to manage picture names, and so i am a bit lost with all the 5435470741068768.png which are queued : their names aren't really telling me how the picture may look like.
Could it be possible to have a thumbnail preview of it ?

PS : and 2 other requess :
- right click a picture name in the queue could give you : "delete image from HD", and/or "delete image from queue list".

options -> change file name (before you upload), if that helps.

I have "file / view / tools / help"...
And right-clicking gives me some stuff but no "option" or "rename"...

you can also just push F while in the image editor.
