problem screenshoting flash

I try to make a screenshot of a flash webpage and I can't (nothing happens of PRNT SCRN button results in 'cannot load clipboard data')

what is really happening?

Are you using the Firefox extension or Shup?

If Windows can't copy it with PRNT SCRN then it's probably an issue unrelated to Shup :) IE lack of resources, maybe try rebooting?
