FR: Reordering of context menu and separate default uploader for images

Fairly simple feature requests. I'd like to be able to change to order that options appear in the explorer context menu and also have a separate default uploader setting for images.

Basically I want images to always go to ImageShack (with $url custom formatting for the forums) and use StashBox for everything else...

this will go well with JBM's request for custom formatting based on filetype or other filter!
