What does @template code means?

It´s not described in the manual...

It Just Defines A Template (You Know e.g. For The "Drumseq" You Have Those .txt Files With The Rythm Patterns In Them. And This Is The Default Template For That.

To Explain It More Clearly:
Just Go And Load The "Drumseq".
Then Goto "Sequence:" (Slider 4) And Hit Enter.
Now Your In The "/drum_tracks/" Folder.
Then Hit "INS" Or "CTRL + N" To Create A New Track File (You Have To Enter A Name, Staring With "+", Then Hit "Enter").
And Now A New File Is Created Using This Template Defined In The @template Code.
