the custom output formatting below doesn't work, can you help me.

[ url=$url]$thumb_url[/url]
note the space after the first [ is intentionally

If i use imagehack the thumbail format is http;//xxxxx.xxxxx.us/xxxx.th.jpg
It's impossible to insert the "th" in the adress.
