Other software allows you to capture the complete window including the invisible part outside of the current window.
Currently Shup works exactly like Alt-PrtScn.
I'm not sure how you mean "complete window"? Is the following incomplete?

in prefs set a Key command for capture desktop.
that will work like the regular un-modified prtscn
.t
Or you can right-click the Shup icon in your system tray and use Capture Desktop in the popup menu there.

If your viewing a website with a vertical scrollbar, Shup and PrtScrn will copy the current view (the visible part you see on the screen). The feature request for 'complete window' would be to capture the website including the part you have to scroll down/up for. I.e. the screencapture will be heigher than the height of your desktop.
Oh, I gotcha. Well if you're a Firefox user, there's our beta FF extension to try. It will capture full windows, but only within Firefox itself.
A good idea for Shup!
You can try the extension by visiting this URL in Firefox: http://stashbox.org/177371/Install_The_Shup_Firefox_Extension-0.3.572-fx.xpi
