I have just registered with Stachbox and gotten the Shup download for Reaper 2.44. But when I try and upload a file I get an error message that the configuration is incorrect. I have the key and the shup password for my account in place. Any ideas what could be happening?
Thanks

Are you using your Stashbox password or the one you define specifically for Shup?

I am using the Shup password. I just tried using the Stashbox password and got the same error message to check the uploader configuration.

Are you trying to upload to reaper stash or regular stashbox? I believe the two accounts are separate, and each has its own shup password and key.

I am trying to upload to Stashbox. I have checked everything I can think of and still get the same error.

Now I am really confused. This morning I tried another upload and received the message that the upload was complete, check the Shup account. I went to my Stashbox account and couldn't find the file. I tried again and it said the file uploaded, again I couldn't find the file. On the third attempt I get the error message my login or password may not be correct.
I am not sure what to do now...
I just logged into Stashbox and uploaded a file successfully using the Manage Upload feature, so it seems that the problem is in the setup of my Shup feature. Any help would be appreciated.

Well I think the problem may be the firewall here at work. I down loaded Shup on my home computer and the upload to Stashbox worked great. I posted the upload on another forum and received all positive replies.
Sorry to have taken up time and space with this problem, I probably should have check better before posting.

Is your firewall blocking HTTP? That's all Shup is using.

No it shouldn't be, but we have been going through some changes with IT being taken over by Siemens. And since their takeover there have been some strange things happening that are hard to explain.
As long as it works from home and I can go to Stashbox and it works, I am OK.
Thanks for the reply.
Cool, glad this is resolved-ish :)
