reaper crashes!!

Hi there,
My version of reaper crashes my system which then restarts when I quit the app,but was working fine until then.Sometimes it even Blue Screen of Death's me.Anyone else?

I have an Athlon xp2600 Nvidia board,Nvidia graphics card,running creative livewire,realtek97(onboard), and a third
generic soundcard.I have 768mb ram,Dvd burner and dvd rom.Usb graphics tablet,scanner,webcam.Operating system is Windows Xp HE.
The system is very stable and I have no system conflicts.

Have you tried different output modes in REAPER?
