Let me make my question a little clearer, sorry about the previous post.

I open Reaper, and get the "incorrect header size" error message. Also Guitar Rig does not work and refers to the guitar .dll.

Any ideas?

Thanks everybody your help!!

Do you have any plugins loading on startup?
Could you try it without plugins? Try to figure out which plugin is causing this...

If it is without any plugins, then you should post this in the bug reports...

Ok I loaded my sessions with the EFX offline, and added them one by one. For some reason Guitar rig is giving me problems, but when I delete the plugin and re-add it, its fine. However I can't just delete guitar rig on all my sessions and re-add it, cause that would be way too excessive. I am at the tail end of an album and need things running smoothly so I can mix it at the end of this month..

So in short guitar rig is screwing up, but when I delete it and re-add its fine, but who knows for how long..

Any advice?

Sorry... no further advice here...

One workaround: render tracks with fx... so you no longer need Guitar Rig... But I don't know if that's doable for you...
