Does anyone know why the first two buttons are missing from the toolbar in the piano roll? They are for Save(.mid source only) and Revert(.mid source only).

I've opened the 'Customize Toolbar' window and reset to default but they still don't show in the Piano Roll.

Tried loading .mid files as opposed to Reaper generated MIDI....

The main user guide and Kenny's videos show them missing as well.

What does (.mid source only) mean anyway?

Any ideas????

They show up when you open .mid files in reaper. Usually reaper saves midi in project file but you can make it save as .mid files in project folder. You can also import existing MIDI files as .mid file reference.

Check the Preferences-->Media-->MIDI
