Docked FX chains - improved usability

When I dock several FX chains I notice a few things that would make the Docker much more usable:

a) Different tab text
Request:
-- Start the FX Chain tabs with "FX:" followed by the track name, or number if unnamed,
Reason:
-- the Docker tab for each FX chain starts with the label "FX chain: Track",
-- as more FX Chains (or other components) are docked the tab size shrinks and the tabs all read the same,
-- actually the tabs are different sizes, look at the different number of characters in the tabs in the screenshot, I've got "Track 4 ...","Track ...", "Trac..." and "Tra..."
Benefit:
-- Small tabs will be able to show enough of the name to be distinguishable


b) Tab order
Request:
-- place the FX Chain tabs in the Docker in track order,
-- change their positions when the tracks are re-ordered,
Benefit:
-- it will be much easier to find the right tab for a track.
Reason:
-- FX Chains are placed in the Docker in the order that they were Docked,
-- so they generally do not follow the track order and it's difficult to find the right one,
-- in the lower screenshot, the selected FX Chain is for the Vocals track,


c) Full Tab name in a tooltip
Request:
-- Display a tooltip with the full name of the tab when the mouse hovers over the tab,
Benefit:
--Easier selection of the desired tab.
Reason:
-- if there are several tabs, the tab's full name is not displayed even when it is clicked,


d) Additional Docker tab management
Requests:
-- ability to Rename any tab,
-- ability to change the tab order by drag and drop (like the tracks, with a coloured bar, but horizontally).
