MIDI editor action 'Move cursor to start/end of loop' does not work

'Move cursor to start/end of loop' does not work inside custom macros

There is a bug in 'Move cursor to start/end of loop' actions in MIDI editor. Those actions can't be used reliably inside custom action macros.
