Takes and Exploded clips

I've run into several issues here, so thought it would be good to summarise them.

Take names:
-- in the Arranger the takes have distinct names,
-- in the MIDI Editor all the takes have the same name - the take number a/b should be included

When the takes are Exploded:
-- all the clips have the same name - the take number a/b should be included and be distinct from the original take name
-- the clips are displayed in an arbitrary order, not in take order (the clips after 9.1.00 are two more Explosions - they are is more different orders too)OK in v4.32

When the takes are opened in the MIDI Editor:
-- all the takes have the same name - the take number a/b should be included
-- the takes are not listed in the correct order in the Filter ("correct" means, imo, in take number order)

When the clips are opened in the MIDI Editor:
-- all the clips have the same name - the take number a/b should be included
-- the clips are not listed in the correct order in the Filter ("correct" means, imo, in position then track order)

You can try this out
-- load the attached project,
-- set your Preferences to tint media item background to take colour
-- drag /copy the 5 take clip at 5.1.00
-- Explode it, in place
-- double-click the first take to edit it in the MIDI Editor
-- display the ME Filter
-- double-click each of the next takes and look at the name and position in the Filter,
-- double click each of the exploded clips in turn and look at the name and position in the Filter.

From the attached project:
Take 1 -> 5th Exploded clip, 4th in Filter
Take 2 -> 3rd exploded clip, 2nd in Filter
...
Take 6 -> 6th exploded clip, 1st in Filter

Clip 1 -> 5th take, 11th in Filter
Clip 2 -> 3rd take, 9th in Filter
...
Clip 5 -> 1st take, 12th in Filter
