Add option to set different velocity on x and y axis for the handscroll
Different velocity for mouse cursor and the handscroll
Add option to set different velocity on x and y axis for the handscroll.
That would be very accurate if we have a different velocity for the mouse cursor and hand scroll. It should give us the possibility to scroll very fast and to have a mouse cursor which move not to much faster.
