Single track appears to be layered after being added into reaper

Only recently has this problem occurred, so I feel it may be something I accidentally checked in the settings. For the most part what happens is when I add a new track to reaper (simply by dragging the .wav or .mp3 in to the editing grid) I expect the track to be played back as it was recorded on Audacity. I export recordings from audacity as .wavs on my desktop and drag them from there. I'm using a Casio electric piano as my input instrument. But instead of playing the track as recorded, it plays back as if it is layered or overdubbed out of sync or something. Here is a video link of what it looks like:

I'd like to know if there is a setting somewhere that would cause this, though I don't know why there would be. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but it doesn't seem to change anything. Any help is greatly appreciated!
