Inconsistent "FX bypass" checkboxes
The state of FX bypass checkboxes in floating FX windows is not always updated correctly.
The bug can be easily reproduced:
1) create a new track and press the "FX" button
2) load 2 arbitrary plugins and open them as floating windows (doubleclick)
3) in the FX overview window highlight the first plugin's name
4) click the "toggle bypass" checkbox of the second plugin several times until it shows a different state than the checkbox in the upper right corner of the floating effect's window
Notes:
-) If you reached this inconsitent state and you click on the name of the second plugin, the checkbox will be updated to display the correct state again.
-) In the floating FX windows the string "BYPASSED - " is added in front of the plugin's name. This seems to work absolutely normal though.

I reproduced the bug and added two screenshots made with version 4.73 in Win7 x64.
Moreover, I found that another method also leads to the same inconsistency described above: simply select both effects and toggle their state simultaneously using the shortcut "Toggle selected FX bypass" (Ctrl+B).
