Solo/Mute Disfunction on external Midi Interface.

When the Solo or the Mute buttons are used on a Midi-Track, who is routed to an external Midi-Interface, the Note-off-command is not send while the song is running. As a result the Notes, who sound while pressing the Solo or Mute buttons, hang up until the song ist stopped. Same with controllers e.g. the sustain pedal.

The Mute button for the items seem to work properly, it's only the track Mute/Solo button.

Version 3.71 has the same problem.
