Recognize default custom toolbar icons when they are found in ReaperThemeZip file
For full theme portability
...so themers can put their own versions of those icons inside their skins!
Here's the problem. Let's say I move ALL icons from data\toolbar_icons\ folder, and put them inside my ReaFLS.ReaperThemeZip. Reaper will NOT recognize ANY of those icons:
The recognized icons are only the default ones called toolbar_add, toolbar_bg, toolbar_delete, etc. (I guess only those prefixed with toolbar_) This is BAD. Please make Reaper recognize WhiteTie's names if found in ReaperThemeZip (or ReaperIconsZip), and use those icons INSTEAD of the default ones found in data\toolbar_icons\ folder - if "Allow themes to override" and "Theme uses image resources: [ ]" are set to that particular skin.
