TCP layouts - knobs + vertical meters Optionally..
Discussion thread
the current layout of the tcp is seriously exhausting.
Don't you hate it when you need to change view/resize Tracks just so you could see which one has activity or to change vol/pan settings...?
Knobs + vertical meters could be so profitable - increase the practical workflow.
watch the current layout vs suggested layout (with the knobs/small meters):
Tcp demonstration minimized + medium + big
Currently: (messy layout.)

Suggestion: (knobs + vertical meters which easily keep the layout equable and help to increase workflow)

Take a look for the layouts with folder inside a folder + different heights for tracks + whatever...the layouts are still equable and allow you to see and tweak everything on the flow without the need to change the zoom again and again! (also notice the colors on the left which help to identify tracks without cluttering the whole view of the panels)

Color ID on the left. (btw- the Pan knob doesn't fit perfectly...I'm just too tired to fix it, but you can easily get the idea..)

ps- Of course that it is suggested as Option, there are probably few people who get inspired by big faders and big meters.
