Track grouping does not work for solo/mute actions

When you group solo or mute buttons, clicking them soloes/mutes the entire group (as expected). However running actions like 'Track: Solo/unsolo track' ignores grouping.

To reproduce:
- create a new project, add two or more tracks
- select all tracks, right-click TCP, select Track grouping parameters... (make sure Track grouping is ticked)
- check the Solo master and Solo slave boxes (or same for Mute)
- select only one track
- run the 'Track: Solo/unsolo track' action to see only that track soloed

I propose either to fix this inconsistency or to add a new set of actions which do the same but properly follow grouping parameters. (I'd prefer the former.)
