I have a project in 160 bpm. I wanna make it 80 (I have my reasons). What can I do with midi tracks in this project to make them 80 instead of 160?

Yes. Reaper is very buggy with my emu 0404 usb too. Every 20-30 min I have crashes. It's looks like Reaper have some bugs when it working with memory. Because I haven't all these bugs in other hosts.
