Of course.
I use MIDI-Ox to route the input from the BCR port1 to loopMIDI port1 and output from loopMIDI port2 to BCR port1 so it looks like this

In Reaper I have input loopMIDI port1 enabled+control and output loopMIDI port2 like this
LoopMIDI is set to come on when I switch on the computer, so all I need to do is load MIDI-Ox
That's it.

EDIT You'll notice the input from the BCR port1 is disabled. This is because it's enabled in Control Surfaces.
I'm using both of the BCR's MIDI ports because my keyboard is plugged into it.
