This EEL script (link below) "draws" fade-ins/fade outs (can be used for velocities/CCs). There's also a "compress/expand" slider which compresses towards average velocity or CC value (and expands away from average). Not finished yet, but should work ok (currently supports cc values from 0 to 127).
