Bingo!

I put it in here:
C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VSTPlugins\Melodyne; and it found it. I also revised my paths to plug-ins.... got rid of 3 paths that found nothing.. and
went up one level in the VSTPlugins folder so it finds all my plugs.
