Did you run DPC with Reaper running?
You will get some latency with any system (its unavoidable), usually anything below 10 ms is acceptable.
Reaper is reporting your latency @ 2.3 ms (that breaks down to about 3 feet from you to the speaker) that should be fine... YMMV.
My latency sits at around 3.2 ms and this works fine for me.
