OK, I change the key binding and it works as expected - i.e.: CTRL+SPACE is now "Pause/Play" and SPACE is "Stop/Play".

Accordingly, when I press SPACE, the edit cursor does not advance to the measure the song stopped. As I wanted.

However, there is a bug: in the undocked MIDI Editor, it still behave as before: when I press SPACE, the edit cursor moves to the measure where it stopped. Hmm. But when the ME is docked, it works fine.

I de-binded the keys and reverted to the original bindings: CTRL+SPACE for "stop/play". I works fine: the edit cursor does not follow to the stopped position in the undocked ME.

I should report this in the bugs forum.
