Oh. If you are feeling really bold/desperate I guess you could uninstall waves, look into your registry and delete the key at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Waves and then re-install...

I wish for that too.

I'm just using the waveshell installed in the Program Files (x86) sub directory which has always been the 32 bit installation. I went throught the permission setup as you specified.

I'm really not sure where the buggy plugin mode is selected sorry.

Another day here and I loaded to the same error message for every Waves plug. On the second try the plugins loaded though.
