Do you have the latest version 7 installer?
Using the latest version 7 installer for the SSL bundle, the plugins install and work just fine under Win7_x64 using Reaper_x64 or Reaper_x86.
jBridge causes the generic GUI to be revealed (under Reaper_x64), but the normal SSL GUI pops up (floating) and works as expected.
