Yes, but that driver can drive several devices.

I run ASIO4ALL with two and sometimes even three simultaneous devices. USB headset as mic, and Lexicon Lambda as both input (guitar) and output (monitors), all driven by ASIO4ALL, and it is in synch at least for as long as I record. So it is workable...

This is with a Dell Vostro 1510 laptop running DuX' audio optimized XPsp3.
