JS Plugins Glitching on WIndows 7

I have just bought a new computer 3ghz core duo Pentium with 4gig ram, Windows 7.
The computer works fine and all my old plugins work great, to be honest having been on Mac powerbook G4, this seems like a power house. Only problem is my JS plugins like Superpitch and delay seem to make a glitching sound when I move parameters. I am only using the built in audio interface, so that may have something to do with it, but synths like Alchemy and Predator have no problems running and CPU and ram is hardly being used.

Can anyone tell me a setting that may resolve this. I have optimized the settings the best I can and to be honest I had no problems on my G4 1.5ghz with 1gig of ram and on board audio interface.
