Then open the cue file with Notepad and edit it, adding your info in the proper places. Then burn the CD with imgburn. Associate the cue file with imgburn, and when you doubleclick the cue file, it will open imgburn automatically, ready to record your CD.
<edit> I just added a lot of info to the track one example above, so you can see how it looks.
Tried this out without success. iTunes and WMP wouldn't take it (found a plugin for WMP to show text).
Turns out though, you can just make a playlist in iTunes of your songs, edit the info, burn it, turn on Text, and voila! CD pops up with the info in both iTunes and WMP.
I played around with this some last night, looking at the CUE file Reaper produced. The track titles (from the markers) WERE in there, but neither of Reaper's built-in methods (on Windows) of CD burning will burn the CD text. ImgBurn, however, did. So if the CD text is important to you, I gues you're stuck with 'outsourcing' your burning to ImgBurn! ;-)
Actually, I've never NOT burned in Reaper before, so we're all learning here!
