Item notes + monospaced font = possible?

Is it possible (by theming or otherwise) to set a monospaced font for the item notes?

I primarily use item notes for lyrics, chords and note notation, and it would be quite useful to be able to line up lines nicely, but the default font is not monospaced, so the lining up is not easy. And changing something on a line, spoils the lining up that comes after.

What I'm taking about is something like:

C#          E   A          B
Second rule is, be nice to mommy

You get the idea...

So... monospaced font, possible?

(That the tool tip that displays the first parts of the item note is not monospaced, I can live with)

Yep, just change the media item font in your reaper settings. It's buried in there somewhere.

Are you talking about the "Media item label font"? It was the only "media item font" I could find, but it affects only the item labels, not the font in the item notes dialog.
