Registration problem
I attempted to register for the site a while ago. I never got an email instructing me how to activate my account (presumably with a link to visit). Subsequently, I have never been able to login. I get this error: "Your username or password was entered incorrectly, or if this is your first login attempt, you may not have activated your account."
I've reset my password (this works) multiple times, but that doesn't help. I get the reset password emails, so I know that I can receive email from camelcamelcamel.
I've tried to re-register, but the site tells me that my username and email address are both taken (so I'm definitely in the system).
Perhaps there should be a link somewhere that resends the account activation email.
And unactivated accounts should probably be removed after a short period (then I could try registering again).

Your account looks activated. Are you using your email address as the username? If so, try using 'smallzfsu' since that is what you registered with.

Hi w4ik, sorry you're having trouble. Can you tell me when you registered? And are you sure you registered with that email? I can't find any recent registrations using that particular email.
If you just created a price watch, that doesn't automatically register you, by the way. We allow anonymous price tracking. So you could still receive emails from the camel websites about price watches without actually being registered.
Our developer/site manager, Dan, is out on vacation and won't be back until next week, and I only have limited access to the site backend. So if you want to resolve this quickly, I would recommend just using this page to register (again, if you already have) -- http://camelcamelcamel.com/signup -- and then any price watches you already have will be assimilated into your account as long as you use the same email. If you're unable to register again and if you get an error saying that email is already registered, please post again and let us know and we'll try and get this resolved as soon as Dan is back from his vacation.

Hm.. I'm not seeing the search/tracking I made before I signed up. Does it take a while to get merged? Not a big deal, I can recreate them since I have all the emails.

They will be moved over as our system updates your tracked products, which can take anywhere from a few minutes or a few hours, depending on the products' position in our queue.

i'm not receiving the registration email or password reset emails. i've checked my spam folders, but nada.
user is nzephyr, but can't login as it says i haven't activated. my email is correct as it was captured by my password manager.

Sorry you're having trouble. Are you using your email as your username when you attempt to login? If so, your username is not the same as your email and that could explain the trouble.
If not, please let me know and I will be happy to reset your password for you, as the account looks fully activated.
