Default phase/flanger effect on delay when mono

Hi,

When switch to MONO on master track I hear something like phase/flanger effect on guitar which is send to Delay Bus. Is this normal?

What delay is it? Some delays also include a bit of modulation.

It's a tape echo, so it simulates some of the imperfections of a real tape echo machine - namely "Wow" and "Flutter", which will give you some flanging.
