Default 4 for 3 offers?

Would it be possible to mark items as being eligible for 4 for 3. It would make it easier to tell when I can get an effective discount by going for the 4 for 3.

Are we talking Amazon here? I'll have to check and see if they provide that kind of data, although I must admit that I've never seen it in their documentation...

Yes, it's Amazon. I don't know what it looks like in the API, but the pages typically have a blurb in them about being eligible. Here is a product that is eligible right now:
