Default Move pitch cursor according to Key snap

Hello.

I use computer keyboard to draw notes in Midi Editor.
When I move pitch cursor up/down one semitone with enabled Key snap, it moves one semitone as usually, but insert notes according to Key snap.
Could we please have these actions improved(move cursor by scale notes only)? Another option is to add two actions "Edit: Increase/Decrease pitch cursor one semitone according to key snap". Anyway, it pastes notes at scale pitches only.

Thank you for your attention!

Yes. With active key-snap I like to move the cursot tonally, too. With a mouse modifier to move chromatically.

And please make these features consistent with the notation view.

Has it been implemented yet?

Another useful feature would be highlighting lanes of all notes in the selected key, basically mirroring the keyboard state in the MIDI matrix/piano roll, like what is achieved here MIDI Editor Snap to Scale & Chord Guide in a roundabout way with scripts
