Thanks, salia. This was written as production music for TV/film/commercials/etc., so no plans to add vocals right now. Though I do like a lot of the sections, so maybe down the road...

Any other comments/suggestions?

dig that riff! very tight... nice tone! great music to have in the car going cross country!

i'd probably bring the kick up a tad, but that's just me.

Very nice job Jalan!

Oooh, that guitar tone! That is really nice and beefy. Howd you get that tone? Axefx?

I would as well bring that kick and snare up a bit. Mix is very nice otherwise. Nothing sounds muddy or anything, which is pretty impressive with such a beefy and low guitar tone.

The main riff reminds me of a dream theater riff (like, 6 degrees of inner turbulence era) -- do you draw any inspiration from them?

Sounds Flippyn Awesome. Must agree with others on bringing up the kick a bit.
Can feel it as a track for many a product or video game. Tight !! Would be a rippin tune expanded and with vocals also !! Dig It !!!!!!!!

Thanks, everybody! What's funny is that I just pulled down the kick and snare because I thought they were overpowering. Shows what I know

The guitar tone is actually free ampsims (TSE X-50, I think) and impulses. I haven't followed Dream Theater since "Awake," but I know them well enough to know that's a huge compliment!

Cool, I was aiming for a car commercial type of vibe. Agree that it might be fun to put vox on it at some point though.
