Default Reaper mp4 problem

I'm using the latest version of Reaper (4.77 in 64bits). I am experimenting conflicts, playing items in mp4 format. To better explain the problem, I record a moment where it occurs.

Thanks for answering

Reaper supports MP4 files. I worked with it, in previous versions, and did a pretty complex job, which came out spectacular. As it was in last year, I don't remember the version with I worked. But now, I detected this problem. And also zooming on mp4 track, shifts are generated in the graphics. It's a bug
