Redraw issue of TCP arrange window when clicking on "Always show project tabs"

- Select any tab, Right click, and select the option "Always show project tabs"

Result: the TCP area is not redrawn properly. Everything disappears. Moving cursor above TCP area will start redrawing the elements where the mouse passes over. Selecting a track will redraw that track. Inserting a track redraws all TCP area again.
