Evaluation licensee

I just try the evaluation licensee with Mac PC, have installed but on the screen I cannot see the top tabulators; no file, no edit etc tabs.
Can anyone tell me what did I missed?

Greetings and welcome. Not quite sure about what you're describing - no top menu bar at all? Maybe you accidentally entered full screen mode - on a Mac, try pressing Command F11.

@Ponk, are you saying that full screen mode on a Mac hides the main menu bar? That's mean! On a PC you still have the menu bar (just the main window header is hidden). If that's the case, it really should be fixed.

In OSX, top level menus are not part of the program window, they float on top of the desktop (similar to the task bar in Windows) and when you switch REAPER fullscreen they'll pop up (similar to a hidden task bar in Windows) e.g. when you move the mouse pointer to the screen top.

gofer count yerself lucky! man, I hate how macs handle that stuff... I like all that to always be where I can see and get at it...

You can get it and see it if you put your mouse up there, which you would have to do anyway to click them. So it's quite redundant to have it wasting space up there when you aren't using it. +1 to mac
