Can anyone help me- every time I do a save as on a project, I am unable to open any of the previous saved versions. It says the files are in an offline state. I have never had this problem before.

Are you doing a 'save as' to a new sub directory each time? And are you moving all files into this directory? This would explain why previous versions can no longer find their files.

I always save as to the project I'm working on. Never had an issue before. I thought it may be a plugin issue, but I can't save anything without plugins on them either

Check the save as settings that Mike is alluding to. There are options to copy or move the files, I am guessing somehow the setting got changed to move the files instead of copy.

I have had more than my share of mouse mis-clicks that caused simple but perplexing issues....Glad we were right and your music-making is back!

Yep- same here. I just went from XP to Windows 10 and 64 bit Reaper, installed more ram and a ssd for program files a couple month ago and it's been smooth sailing so far. Just something simple like this issue can upset the whole applecart. I appreciate the help.
