Default Virtual MIDI patch bay needed

Can anybody recommend a virtual MIDI patchbay for win XP?

I want to route the output of one MIDI software to the input of another, on one PC of course

MIDI Yoke. Here is the link.

http://www.midiox.com/

After installing, you'll get MIDI IN/OUT ports. Use the same port for the output of one plugin to the IN of another plugin. I hope it helps.

Let me recommend you the Soundigy MIDI Patchbay software. It's a freeware (at least the 8x8).
