Default Locking a Track

Is it possible to lock a track in position so as you scroll your locked tracks remain viewable while others are scrolled?

Not that I know of.
But you can toggle which tracks are visible via View -> Track Manager.

I've seen feature requests like this, I'd use it for sure on things like verb bus tracks, or possibly any track which is currently record armed.

The idea would be to have them 'stick' to the bottom/top edge if you scroll past them, and stack up if you accumulate more eligible tracks.

Yes that's exactly right. I'm so used to Cubase making this jump is very hard. I like Reaper but the logic is different.
