I made a grid division display script.

Removed from ReaPack because of mpl's Interactive toolbar (in ReaPack) which also does grid division display and a lot more.

Note:
Needs the current Pre-Release (5.40pre) as the needed API was added there.

edit:
Doh, forgot to add support for divisions like 2/1 etc. as I don't use these myself.
For now it only does 1/x grid (up to 1/128, including upcoming swing grid).
