Default Error when using control surface

Hi,

I get this error message whenever I hit stop/start on the control surface - please see attached pictures.

Is there something I don't have configured correctly causing this?

Thanks in advance for your help.

True control surface support is under "Control Surfaces" not MIDI devices. So there are two possibilities, the one I just mentioned or you are using a MIDI device as a controller and need to also enable control messages by double clicking the entries in your screenshot. I'm betting the latter because it only shows "Enabled" instead of "Enabled+Control"

Default Fixed

Thanks!
I remember now that you don't enable the midi control for the control surface. both should be disabled. That fixed it.

thanks!
