Default ReaFIR automation question

i use reafir for noise removal sometimes. i think it's ctl+shift that allows me to use my mouse to raise or lower the graphic display, thus raising or lowering the effect. i didn't see a corresponding automation curve for this action, though. is there a way to automate what i'm describing?

thanks,
BabaG

ReaFIR has only very limited automation capabilities.

Automating the dry/wet may be close enough.

thanks. dry/wet is not enough in the case at hand, though.

thanks again,

sounds like you could possibly get away with using a gain plug to raise / lower the input gain going into ReaFIR - then using another gain plug post ReaFIR to make the opposite gain changes.

i was thinking the same thing as the original poster (except ctrl/drag) but your suggestion was great and worked well for me.
