how to verify toggle lock/unlock state and rename in cycle actions?

I am trying to do this action as you see on the image, and i would like to add something like:
if track is not locked, make it it locked and add "[locked]" at the end of the tracks name
otherwize unlock it and remove "[locked]" from tracks name.

Locked track controls "grey out" the panels, that's what you will and can get with the cycle actions. If you also want to rename the tracks, you may have to look for scripts that will do that.
