Where is my MIDI Key/Chord Snap dropdown menus??

Hi,
This is really weird (I think?). I seem to be missing an native menu of Reaper!?

I don't have the Key/Chord Snap drop down menus on my MIDI transport bar!

Is this optional? Is there something I'm supposed to do to make it visible?
It's described in the manual and shown in lots of youtube tutorials so it's there, it exists...just not in my Reaper...where is it??
(am using v5.40 on Win10 x64 with SWS)

When you're in drum map mode it is hidden. Obviously, because drums don't need scales

Drum Mode? You mean how the notes are displayed? As rectangles, triangles (drum) or diamonds (drum)? Then I think it should be quite clear from my screenshot that it isn't the case unfortunately!

Also known as "Named notes" mode. You need to go back to Piano Roll mode (Alt+1 default keyboard shortcut, IIRC).

Switching to Piano Roll did it, thanks!

But...I still don't understand what and where is this Drum Map mode you write about?

Under 'View'/'View Mode' I only have 3 options: Piano Roll, Named Notes, Event List so...where is this Drum Map mode? (can't find anything in the manual either)

I call it drum map mode, sorry (because I only ever use it for programming drums). It's the Named notes view.
